Delicious Thai recipes for Every Occasion

Everybody loves to eat tasty and delicious food and Thai food is one of the great foods in the world. Thai dishes are well known internationally. Thai dishes are the mixture of Western and Eastern food and Thai cuisine is famous for its spiciness and the food is a combination of five flavours: salty, sweet, bitter, sour, and spicy. 

Many herbs and spices are used in Thai dishes, they also often use fish sauces and this makes a perfect blend of tempting tastes.  In Thailand, diverse regions have their own compound cooking styles, unique dishes and flavours. Seafood dishes are very popular in Thailand as the sea, provides fresh sea animals, it is also rich in banana and coconut plantation. It is also very famous in the whole world. The tempting recipes of Thai Dishes in Hindi are as follows:-

 Keerai Masial with Coconut and Carrot Rice
  1. First cook rice then heat the oil in a large pan on the medium flame- add onion, salt, curry powder, and chilly cook it for 3 minutes, until onion gets softened.
  2. Add grated coconut, carrots and some water. Now add sautéed rice and sprinkle cilantro on it.
  3. Take a bowl and place the two dishes however you desired.
Hot Basil Chicken Cups
  1. Heat oil in a frying pan on high flame add onion, garlic and fresh red chilli.
  2. Move until garlic and onion are cooked and after that add boneless chicken, stir well.
  3. Add light soya sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and fish sauce.
  4. Cook until the chicken is fully cooked.
  5. Now add some dry basil, toss it well, add basil and off the burner.
  6. Place it in the lettuce cups. Then keep the cups in a fridge with dipped in the ice water to keep it crispy. Lastly, drain the water and before using dry it with kitchen paper.
Stir Fried Prawns
  1. Sprinkle some olive oil in a hot pan then add prawns and fry them.
  2. When prawns get golden brown take them out.
  3. Now add some olive oil in a pan add spring onion, ginger, fennel seeds and red chilli, cook them.
  4. Now put the fried prawns in a pan to sauté.
  5. Then add lemon juice, soya sauce, coriander, cucumber and chilli sauce and cook them for 2 minutes.
  6. Boiled some noodles by adding a little salt to it. When the noodles get cooked filter the noodles.
  7. In the wok, add some oil then put chopped spring onions and chopped coriander leaves.
  8. Place the prawns on a platter with some noodles.
Vegetable Thai Red Curry
  1. On medium flame heat oil in thesaucepan then add curry paste and mash it well with a spoon and sauté it for 1 minute.
  2. Add some curry paste, mash it with a spoon and sauté it for 1 minute.
  3. Then add cauliflower and broccoli mix all well, fry for 2 minutes.
  4. After that add bell pepper and again fry it for two minutes.
  5. Now put coconut milk and boil it for 10 minutes at low flame.
  6. Add bamboo shoots and zucchini, stir gently on sim flame for 5 minutes.
